g. DAM reserves the right to cancel a physical auction transaction if after the auction we are able to conclude that the lot is not what a bidder in good faith may assume it is based on seller description. In that case a seller fee will not be paid. Seller must take back the item and bear the cost of transportation. DAM has the sole right to assess if the grounds for cancelling an auction transaction are met.
h. DAM will set up the auction and combine seller one or more seller items into one lot as we see fit.
Deadlines for handing in items for sale
i. Items can be handed in when delivery of good from the previous auction has finished. Information of this can be found on our website.
j. We accept receiving items for sale in the order of delivery to us. Deadlines + stop receiving of goods for a particular auction will also be published on our website.
k. Handing in of items for sale can only be done upon prior agreement with us. You may call us in advance: Stoholm: +45 97 54 24 11. The goods must have an accompany note describing the items and the seller (name, address, telephone no, possible VAT no and contact name). If the VAT has no data seller will considered a private seller. The items are described and numbered. The list is particularly important if a sales item considering of more than piece of equipment is handed in. You may report directly on our website or use our "Machine registration form" which can be downloaded from our site. If further documentation is required you may add this to the machine registration form and/or at the sales item.
